Cancellation policy:

cancellations before 15 days prior the reservation - no penalties
cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior the reservation - 1 full night must be paid as penalty
Cancellations with less than 7 days - 50% of the total reservation must be paid ( the whole stay for a 1 night reservation)
No show - the whole import will be debited.
For reservation reduction the cancellation penalties apply.

EASTER, AUGUST AND CHRISTMAS HOLYDAYS
Cancellation before 21 days - no penalties
Cancellation between 20 and 10 day before - 1 NIGHT charged as penalty
Cancellation with less than 10 days - 50% of the total reservation will be charged (the whole stay for a 1 night reservation)
No show - the whole import will be debited
